Requirements

Submitted by lauradascenzi on Fri, 08/09/2013 - 06:55

Candidates eligible to take the CELU exam are people whose mother tongue is not Spanish. They must be sixteen years old and should have completed three years of high school (secondary education).

Only one document is required to sit for the CELU exam, either an identification card (ID) or a passport. The same document must be presented when registering and when taking the exam. The number of the document presented will appear in the certificate issued.

Exceptionally, if the candidate’s mother tongue is Spanish but had his or her schooling in a language other than Spanish, the candidate will be allowed to take the CELU exam provided he or she submits documentation certifying this condition.
