The upcoming CELU exam (Certificate of Spanish: Language and Use) will take place online next Friday 28 October. Oral exams: November 3 and 4.

To register for the exam, please visit www.celu.edu.ar from September 1 to 22, 2022 (subject to limited availability).

The exam results will be released and published on December 5.

A certificate, which will bear the digital signatures of the corresponding authorities, will be also digitally issued, and made available for downloading.

Requirements for taking the CELU exam online:

- Laptop or desktop computer
- Internet connection
- Webcam and microphone
- Zoom application

​​The CELU Exam (Certificate of Spanish: Language and Use) is usually administered twice a year, in June and November. Since 2020, you can take the CELU exam and certify your language level 100% online.

The ELSE Interuniversity Consortium (in Spanish ELSE means “Spanish Second or Foreign Language), affiliated to the National Interuniversity Council (CIN for its acronym in Spanish), has decided to adapt the CELU exam to the new reality in order to address the need of different people throughout the world to certify their proficiency in Spanish as a second language. A cross-disciplinary group of academics, administrative and technical staff has worked on each implementation stage to guarantee the validity and reliability that have always characterized the exam.
